Wellington Partners Insurance Services was founded on a simple frustration: California trucking companies and contractors were consistently overpaying for workers' compensation — not because better options didn't exist, but because most brokers weren't doing the work to find them.
We set out to change that. As a fully independent California broker, we have no preferred carriers and no quotas to fill. Our only obligation is to find our clients the most competitive coverage in the market — and then fight to keep it that way at every renewal.
