At renewal, we don't auto-renew — we re-examine the program against changes in exposure, loss history, classification, and carrier appetite, and remarket where it serves the client's interests. The goal is a program that holds up at claim time and at renewal, not the cheapest quote that looks fine until it doesn't.
We focus on operationally complex businesses where coverage structure, classification, and carrier selection actually matter — not the kind of accounts where any agent's quick quote is good enough.
