Where to Pay

Your premium payment goes directly to the carrier issuing your policy — not to Wellington Partners Insurance Services as your broker. Every carrier has its own payment portal and billing process. The fastest way to pay:

• Check your billing statement — it includes the carrier's payment website, phone number, and account information.
• Most carriers offer online payment via their website. Look for "Make a Payment" or "Pay My Bill."
• Most carriers also accept payment by phone using the number on your billing statement.
• Automatic monthly drafts are available with most carriers if preferred.

Premium Audit Payments

Premium audit invoices (typically for workers' compensation and general liability) are generated at the end of the policy period based on actual payroll or receipts. They are billed and paid through the carrier in the same way as regular premium installments.
